At That Skin Clinic, Mooloolaba, we periodically offer promotions, incentives, and limited-time credits to support your skin goals. All promotions are subject to the terms outlined below unless otherwise specified. By participating in any offer, you agree to these terms.

Current Promotions

1. $75 Skin Treatment Credit

Valid until: 12.12.26

Overview:
Enjoy $75 towards selected skin treatments when you scan or book using the promotional QR code.

Full Terms:
• Offer valid for new clients or existing clients who have not redeemed this credit previously.
• One credit per person.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• The $75 credit is valid only on skin treatments or products valued at $175 or more.
• Eligible services include: facials, LED light therapy, clarifying or hydrating treatments, and skin consultations.
• Not valid on: cosmetic tattooing, IPL/laser hair removal, skin needling, programs, or discounted treatments or special offers.
• A consultation is required before treatment to determine clinical suitability.
• If unsuitable for the selected treatment, an alternative eligible treatment may be recommended.
• Bookings are essential and subject to availability.
• Credit must be redeemed within 30 days of claim/scan unless otherwise stated.
• No cash value, non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers.
• Standard cancellation policy applies (cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiting the offer).
• That Skin Clinic reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.

2. Tattoo Removal Gift Offer – “Help a Mate With a Sh*t Tattoo”

Valid until: 12.12.26

Overview:
Use the QR code to access tattoo removal information

Full Terms:
• Valid for tattoo removal treatments only.
• One voucher per person.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• A full consultation is required before commencing treatment.
• Treatment intervals are typically 6–8 weeks apart; results vary per person.
• Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, skincare products, cosmetic tattooing, laser resurfacing, LED packages, IPL, discounts, or other services.
• Suitability for treatment depends on skin type, medical history, medication use, and sun exposure; clinic reserves the right to decline treatment where necessary.
• Any remaining treatment fees are the client’s responsibility.
• Non-transferable.
• Standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
• That Skin Clinic may modify or discontinue this promotion without notice.

3. Twelve Days of Christmas Giveaway – 1–12 December 2025

Valid: 1 December 2025 – 12 December 2025
Overview:
A new gift is revealed daily from 1–12 December 2025. Gifts range in value from $75 to $1,799. Each day is a new chance to enter and win.

How to Enter:
• Share the promotional post on social media and tag your friends and @thatskinclinic.sunshinecoast
• Each share + tag counts as one entry.
• You may enter as many times as you like.
• Entries reset every day, a new giveaway starts with each new gift reveal

Winner Selection:
• All entries from that day are compiled and processed using an automated online random selector.
• The winner is chosen by AI-generated random draw, ensuring fairness and unbiased selection.
• The daily winner is announced the following day before the next gift is revealed.

A participant may win more than once, provided they complete the correct entry steps for each day’s prize.

Conditions of Prize Redemption:
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
• Prize value cannot be split or used across multiple services unless the offer states otherwise.
• Winners must contact That Skin Clinic to claim their prize within 14 days of being announced.
• Some prizes may require a consultation to assess suitability before treatment is performed.
• If a winner is unsuitable for a treatment due to medical or skin-related reasons, an equivalent alternative prize or credit may be offered at the clinic’s discretion.

General Conditions:
• Must be 18+ to enter.
• Winners must follow That Skin Clinic on the social platform used to enter.
• Entries must be public and visible on the platform at the time of drawing.
• The clinic reserves the right to disqualify entries that appear fraudulent, offensive, or misleading.
• The clinic reserves the right to modify or withdraw the giveaway due to unforeseen circumstances.

Liability:
• That Skin Clinic is not responsible for technical issues, platform outages, tagging errors, or entries not appearing due to privacy settings.

• All treatments are subject to consultation and clinical suitability.

General Promotional Conditions (apply to all offers)

These conditions apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

1. Eligibility

• Valid for clients aged 18+.
• Some promotional redemptions are per person per campaign. See individual T&C's for more information.
• Some offers may be limited to new clients only.

2. Suitability & Consultation

• All treatments require a professional consultation to ensure safety and suitability.
• The clinic reserves the right to decline treatment where contraindications exist.

3. Non-Transferable & No Cash Value

• Promotions have no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for products or transferred to another person.

4. Minimum Spend Requirements

• Some promotions require a minimum spend or apply only to specific treatment categories.

5. Expiry & Redemption

• All promotions must be redeemed within the stated timeframe.
• Expired offers cannot be extended.

6. Not Valid With Other Discounts

• Promotions cannot be combined with membership pricing, bundles, packages, sales, discounts or loyalty credits.

7. Cancellations

• Our standard cancellation policy applies: cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiting the promotional credit/offer.

8. Right to Amend

• That Skin Clinic reserves the right to pause, modify, or withdraw promotions at any time without notice.
