Promotions Terms & Conditions

At That Skin Clinic, Mooloolaba, we periodically offer promotions, incentives, and limited-time credits to support your skin goals. All promotions are subject to the terms outlined below unless otherwise specified. By participating in any offer, you agree to these terms.

Deposit Hold – Terms & Conditions (6-Month Validity)

Deposit Validity Period
All prepaid deposits and booking fees at That Skin Clinic are valid for 6 months from the original appointment date.
After 6 months, any unused deposit will be forfeited and no longer available as credit.

Rescheduling & Holding Deposits
If you reschedule your appointment with more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will automatically transfer to your new appointment time.

If you wish to place your appointment and deposit on hold, the remaining balance will remain as credit for up to 6 months.

Cancellations & Late Changes
Cancellations or rescheduling requested within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited, as per our booking policy.

If you fail to attend your appointment (“no-show”), the full deposit is forfeited and cannot be held as credit.

Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be used towards any eligible treatment or service at That Skin Clinic within the 6-month validity period.

Transferability
Deposits cannot be transferred to another person unless written permission is provided by That Skin Clinic management.

Treatment Programs & Packages
Deposits paid toward a treatment program, series, or package must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase.

Any remaining unused credit after 6 months will be forfeited.

Clinic Right to Amend
That Skin Clinic reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Any changes will apply to future bookings only.

Current Promotions

$75 Skin Treatment Credit

Valid until: 12.12.26

Overview:
Enjoy $75 towards selected skin treatments when you scan or book using the promotional QR code.

Full Terms:
• Offer valid for new clients or existing clients who have not redeemed this credit previously.
• One credit per person.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• The $75 credit is valid only on skin treatments or products valued at $175 or more.
• Eligible services include: facials, LED light therapy, clarifying or hydrating treatments, and skin consultations.
• Not valid on: cosmetic tattooing, IPL/laser hair removal, skin needling, programs, or discounted treatments or special offers.
• A consultation is required before treatment to determine clinical suitability.
• If unsuitable for the selected treatment, an alternative eligible treatment may be recommended.
• Bookings are essential and subject to availability.
• Credit must be redeemed within 30 days of claim/scan unless otherwise stated.
• No cash value, non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers.
• Standard cancellation policy applies (cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiting the offer).
• That Skin Clinic reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.

2. Tattoo Removal Gift Offer – “Help a Mate With a Sh*t Tattoo”

Valid until: 12.12.26

Overview:
Use the QR code to access tattoo removal information

Full Terms:
• Valid for tattoo removal treatments only.
• One voucher per person.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• A full consultation is required before commencing treatment.
• Treatment intervals are typically 6–8 weeks apart; results vary per person.
• Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, skincare products, cosmetic tattooing, laser resurfacing, LED packages, IPL, discounts, or other services.
• Suitability for treatment depends on skin type, medical history, medication use, and sun exposure; clinic reserves the right to decline treatment where necessary.
• Any remaining treatment fees are the client’s responsibility.
• Non-transferable.
• Standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
• That Skin Clinic may modify or discontinue this promotion without notice.

3. Christmas LED Giveaway

Promotion Overview
This giveaway is for one (1) x 10-Series LED Facial Package using the Dermalux Tri-Wave MD, valued at $1,590.

Eligibility
• Open to new and existing clients of That Skin Clinic.

• Entrants must have a public or viewable Instagram account at the time of drawing to validate entries.
•Entrants must be 18+ and based in Australia.

Prize Conditions
The LED Series can be used as a standalone program or as an add-on to any treatment or program currently undertaken at That Skin Clinic.

Prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted for any other treatment or service.

Winner Selection & Announcement
Winner will be drawn at 5:00pm AEST on December 24th, 2025.

All entries (including number of tags) will be exported and placed into an automated online random picker to ensure fairness.

Winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and announced on our Instagram Stories.

General Conditions

That Skin Clinic reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any incomplete, ineligible, or suspicious entries (e.g., spam tagging).

By entering, participants acknowledge that this promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

Entrants consent to That Skin Clinic reposting their entry or tagging them in winner announcements.

• Winners must follow That Skin Clinic on the social platform used to enter.
• Entries must be public and visible on the platform at the time of drawing.
• The clinic reserves the right to disqualify entries that appear fraudulent, offensive, or misleading.
• The clinic reserves the right to modify or withdraw the giveaway due to unforeseen circumstances.

Liability:
• That Skin Clinic is not responsible for technical issues, platform outages, tagging errors, or entries not appearing due to privacy settings.

• All treatments are subject to consultation and clinical suitability.

General Promotional Conditions (apply to all offers)

These conditions apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

1. Eligibility

• Valid for clients aged 18+.
• Some promotional redemptions are per person per campaign. See individual T&C's for more information.
• Some offers may be limited to new clients only.

2. Suitability & Consultation

• All treatments require a professional consultation to ensure safety and suitability.
• The clinic reserves the right to decline treatment where contraindications exist.

3. Non-Transferable & No Cash Value

• Promotions have no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for products or transferred to another person.

4. Minimum Spend Requirements

• Some promotions require a minimum spend or apply only to specific treatment categories.

5. Expiry & Redemption

• All promotions must be redeemed within the stated timeframe.
• Expired offers cannot be extended.

6. Not Valid With Other Discounts

• Promotions cannot be combined with membership pricing, bundles, packages, sales, discounts or loyalty credits.

7. Cancellations

• Our standard cancellation policy applies: cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiting the promotional credit/offer.

8. Right to Amend

• That Skin Clinic reserves the right to pause, modify, or withdraw promotions at any time without notice.
